    What is it?

    Hypnosis is a naturally relaxed state of awareness we have all experienced and are capable of experiencing. Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy used to utilize this state to make changes using verbal repetition and mental images in the deepest part of the mind, our subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is 95% of your brain power making it handle everything your body needs to function properly it also holds everything we have learned in our lives, emotions, beliefs, and memories.

    Frequently asked questions

    Can everyone be hypnotized?

    Yes, we have all experienced hypnosis in our lives. For example, getting into a really good book and losing track of time, or washing the dishes, anything that is of extremely relaxed focus.


    Will I have control of my session?

    Yes, you are in control of your mind during your session and can come out at any time.


    Will I remember the session?

    Most clients do, but some people have a natural ability to go really deep into hypnosis and do not remember, but those clients have amazing results. Most clients remember.


    How many sessions will I need?

    It depends on the process. On average it takes 6-12 sessions for general fears, phobias, and anxiety. 

    For a lasting effect, it depends on you, your mental state, and the severity of the change you need to bring to your life.
